Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand 100% behind everything we sell. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item within 30 days and we'll replace it or give you a refund. Please read "Returns" below for more information.

Shipping Options

Orders usually ship within one business day of being placed. Express shipping orders are normally delivered within 1-2 business days.

Orders over $75 dollars may qualify for FREE shipping. Please note that some items may be subject to additional shipping and handling charges because of size or weight.

Sorry, but we do not ship outside of the Continental U.S.

Stock Status

When your viewing an item you will see these availability stock status messages:

In stock - This item is currently in stock at our shop and should ship within one business day of receiving your order. 

In stock, Ships from warehouse - This item is currently in stock at one or more of our warehouses. Depending on the item, it may ship directly from our warehouse or it will need to be transferred to our store before we are able to ship. Normally warehouse transfers take around 2-3 business days.

More on the way, Available to backorder - This item is currently on order from the manufacture or vendor. Most items arrive within 2-7 business days but due to high demand some items may have unknown estimate delivery dates. Send us a message to learn more about ETA and backorder options.

NOTE: If your order contains items that are from our shop and warehouse(s) your order may take a few extra days to process while inventory is transferred. Please include in the order notes if you need a certain item by a certain date and we do our best to make that possible. 

In-Store Pickup

Most orders will be ready for pickup within one business day. Please keep in mind that some items may require additional processing time to transfer from off-site locations. Other items may require additional processing time for assembly. We will call or email you once your order is ready for pickup. If you need an item right away we ask that you contact us to confirm that the product is available before heading over to our store. Unless special arrangements are made in advance, orders need to be picked up within 15 days or a 10% restocking fee will be charged.


If there’s a problem with something you purchased from us, you can return it to our store or ship it back within 30 days of purchase. Items in new, unridden condition may be eligible for a full refund. Merchandise returned in opened or used condition is subject to a 15% restocking fee. (Labor fees are not refundable, i.e., custom built wheels.) Shipping charges are not refundable. Return shipping labels can be provided and the shipping cost can be deducted from the return total.

All returns that are shipped to our store must be approved ahead of time. A return authorization number can be obtained by phone or email.

Information Security

We protect the security of your information during transmission by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, which encrypts all of the information you provide to us and prevents outside parties from being able to "see" your transaction information. When your account information is displayed on your screen, we only display the last five digits of your credit card numbers. You also have the choice of whether or not to save credit card information with us in your Online Account.

We sometimes use other companies (third-party service providers) to perform functions on our behalf. Examples include fulfilling orders and delivering packages. They need access to some personal information in order to perform their duties but may not use this information for other purposes.

And we strive for similar accuracy and timeliness with the other information we offer here. We appreciate your understanding should any of the prices or other information provided be incorrect and regret any inconvenience such mistakes may create.
