Shipping & Returns
We strive to provide you the best customer service and products that are available. With that said, we understand that sometimes purchases just don’t work out. No returns will be accepted for sale items. All returns and exchanges must take place within 30 days of the purchase. Management reserves the right to modify this policy at any time.
- Must be returned in unworn condition, with tags.
- For full refund, bicycles must be returned in unused new condition.
- Bicycles may be prorated if in used condition. This will be at the discretion of the management.
- Owner’s manuals must be returned with bicycles.
- Accessories may be returned for a full refund, store credit, or exchange if in unused condition, with packaging intact.
- Used accessories may be returned for store credit at the discretion of the management.
- Unused condition with packaging
- Used components may be prorated at the discretion of the management.
- A 50% refundable deposit must be placed at the time of order. A 75% deposit must be placed on bicycles at the time of order. Custom bike orders are final, other bike orders are refundable.
- Items not picked up within 30 days will be returned to stock.
Closeout and As-Is items are not returnable.
3 STEP RETURN PROCESS
Give us the deets and reason for the return. If the product is eligible for return, we will setup a return authorization on your account.
BOX AND SHIP
Include a copy of your receipt and write the return authorization number on your box. Drop it in the mail.
Once we receive your return we will issue a refund withing 2-3 business days.
